1 Corinthians 2

The preaching of the cross brings salvation.

1 Corinthians 2:4 ‘And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom,’

Persuasive words of human wisdom do not save.

It is the preaching of the cross that brings salvation.

None but Christ can save;

nothing but the blood of Jesus can cleanse from sin;

and only the power of the Holy Spirit can bring new life in Jesus.
