2 Corinthians

The goal is to please Him.

2 Corinthians 5:9 ‘Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of Him.’

The word 'accepted' in this verse means to be‘well pleased’.

Our work is well pleasing to the Lord when His love motivates us.

We are not under law;

Love must be in control of our actions;

then His love in us will reach out to others.

Our goal should always be to please Him.
