The character of the Father will be seen in His children.
Luke 6:35 ‘But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and you shall be the children of the Highest: for He is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.’
The character of the Father will be seen in His children.
Love and kindness will let Christ be seen in us.
When we show kindness to people around us
regardless of their response to us
then hearts will be opened for the gospel.
We can love our enemies because we are forgiven;
we can do good to others without thinking about reward
because Christ is our reward;
we can be open handed showing generosity to people in need
because we have been given all things in Christ.
