Fruits of righteousness are produced; they can never be achieved.
Philippians 1:11 ‘Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.’
The fruits of righteousness are produced; they can never be achieved.
If we strive to be righteous
then we will never experience the joy of new life in Christ
or the peace of being justified by faith alone.
The life of Christ is able to produce much fruit
as we grow and mature in Christ and His word.
God is glorified when our life is filled with His love;
overflowing with His joy;
surrounded by His peace;
and abounding in kindness not because of the need to do good works
but because our heart is filled with thankfulness
for all that Jesus Christ has done for us.
