Freedom in Christ is the freedom to be holy.
Romans 6:1 ‘What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?’
The freedom we have in Christ is the freedom to be holy.
It is the freedom to walk in new life.
There is no freedom outside of Christ.
The pleasures of sin will not bring life;
immense riches cannot make a person free;
and the things of the world can never satisfy the empty heart.
In Christ alone we have life; freedom; and fulfilment.
When we trust in Christ then the law cannot condemn us;
but sin can still rob us of our joy;
it can destroy our testimony for Christ;
and can even cause an early death.
