The beauty of the Lord upon His people.
Psalm 90:17 ‘And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish the work of our hands upon us;’
The purpose of God for our life is that we will be like Jesus.
He gave Himself for us so that we can become like Him.
When Christ dwells in our heart
then the beauty of the Lord will be seen upon us.
It is the beauty of His righteousness keeping us;
and the beauty of His love motivating us.
We can do nothing without Him.
He will establish the work of our hands
when our heart seeks after Him.
His beauty will be seen in us
when we desire Him more than the things of the world.
