New life in Christ will produce a love for scripture.
1 Timothy 4:13 ‘…give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.’
New life in Christ will produce in us
a love for scripture.
We will grow in the Lord
to the extent that we feed upon His word.
If His word is in our minds
then the fire of God can burn in our hearts.
If we read the scripture daily
then our eyes will remain focused upon Jesus.
If we encourage one another in the scripture
then we will become strong
and able to make wise decisions.
It is by the power of His word working in us
that we can let Christ be seen
in a world that needs Jesus.
