June 9
Clothed in humility.
1 Peter 5:5 ‘...be clothed with humility: for God resists the proud, and gives grace to the humble.’
Humility rejoices in His greatness;
relies upon His strength;
seeks to do His will;
does not concern itself with self importance;
and is willing to serve.
God gives us grace to take the lowest place
because in Christ we are children of the King.
