Meekness and wisdom produce good leadership.
James 3:13 ‘Who is wise and understanding among you? show by good conduct works done with meekness of wisdom.’
Meekness in leadership
will allow the potential of others to be seen;
and will work to help others develop their gifts and abilities.
Wisdom is gained from knowing the scripture;
being led by the Holy Spirit;
and from experience.
