Sacrificial love reaching out to others.
1 John 3;14 ‘We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loves not his brother abides in death.’
The evidence of new life in Christ is the love of Christ working in us.
The more Christ reigns in our heart,
the more His love will be seen in our life.
When the Lord calls us to reach others,
He will first put His love in our heart
for those we are called to reach.
It is the love of Christ in us that will attract others to Him.
It is not a sentimental love that gives out of pity;
it is a sacrificial love that gives from a heart filled with joy.
