Truth will keep us from conformity to the world.
Romans 12:2 ‘And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.’
We are kept from the gravitational pull of the world
by the Holy Spirit leading us;
scripture guiding us;
the life of Christ dwelling in us;
and by the power of God keeping us.
Truth will keep us from conformity to the world.
We experience truth; we grow in truth; we walk in truth;
and we are set apart from the world by truth.
The world can never understand our love for Christ;
our confidence in His word;
our joy in serving Jesus;
or our assurance of eternal life.
