Provoking one another to love and good works.
Hebrews 10:24 ‘And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:’
We provoke by setting an example.
We encourage by working together;
helping one another;
and expressing appreciation for one another.
We stir one another up by praying together;
and sharing with one another the needs of others.
The love of Christ in us is the magnet that will draw others to Jesus.
Good works are like pictures in the gallery of our life
that show the beauty of Jesus in us.
Our love for family; for the church; and for others
will show the genuineness of our faith.
Good works will show that our faith is active and not just words.
