We do not draw back because Christ is our life.
Hebrews 10:39 ‘But we are not of those who draw back unto destruction; but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.’
We do not draw back because Christ is our life.
Our faith is not a leap in the dark;
it is the outworking of the life of Christ in us.
We believe because we know Him;
we have experienced Him;
we are made new in Him.
We are separated from the world by new life in Jesus.
We are not the followers of a religion;
we are the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit.
There is nothing to go back to.
We are His people; we are citizens of His kingdom;
the inheritors of His promises.
We lack nothing for Christ is our possession.
