Every Christian is called to lead others.

 

When a person becomes a new creation in Christ he or she is called to lead others to Christ. 

1)  Every true Christian should lead others by example.  In fact this is how it will be seen that he or she is a true Christian.  Jesus said ‘by their fruits you shall know them’. (Matthew 7:20)

2)  Every true Christian should be a leader in helping those who are younger and weaker.  This involves carrying the burden of others as well as guiding by words. (Galatians 6:2) 

3)  Every true Christian should be a leader in sharing Christ to others.  If we know that Jesus is the only way of salvation then love will motivate us to share Christ to those around us. (2 Corinthians 5:14)

 

The call to evangelize is given to all believers.  Humility in leadership will be seen when the local church is united together in ministry.
