The Pentateuch (Books of Moses)
The Pentateuch, also known as the Torah or the Five Books of Moses, forms the foundation of the entire Bible. These books were written by Moses and contain God's revelation of creation, the fall of man, the covenant with Abraham, the exodus from Egypt, and the giving of the Law at Mount Sinai.
From Genesis's account of creation and the patriarchs, through Exodus's dramatic deliverance from Egypt, to Leviticus's detailed worship instructions, Numbers's wilderness wanderings, and Deuteronomy's renewal of the covenant, these books establish the theological and historical foundation for understanding God's plan of redemption.
Books included: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy
