His power was revealed in weakness;

love put on humility;

kindness stood in our place.

Jesus Christ alone was worthy

to take us through the judgment on the cross;

conquer death;

unite us with His life;

raise us up to be seated with Him in heavenly places;

and make us joint heirs with Him.

The Son of God became like us so we can be free from the bondage of self

and brought into the freedom of new life.

He became a servant and died for us

so we in Him could be lifted from the depths of sin

to heights of holiness.
