The gospel is the power of God unto salvation.

There is no person it cannot save;

no life it cannot make new;

no person it cannot lift.

It has power to make prisoners into mighty ambassadors of the King.

It brings the poor of this world into the unsearchable riches of Christ.

It brings joy in times of sorrow,

and in our weakness

there is strength and sufficiency in Christ for all our needs.

Doors of opportunity open

when we bring the love of Christ to those in need.

The need will open ears to the gospel,

but only the Holy Spirit can open hearts.
