Love and patience.
January 11
2 Thessalonians 3:5
"May the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ."
The love of God was willing to give all for us;
the patience of Christ was willing to endure all for us.
When Christ is our life then the love of Christ dwells within us.
As we grow in the Lord then His love will increase in us.
The more we love Christ;
the more our life will be controlled by His love.
The patience of Christ works in us,
strengthening us so we can stand steadfast in all circumstances.
The love of God will keep our hearts tender;
the patience of Christ will keep us steadfast.
