2 Timothy 4:2
"Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine."
When we preach the word, we preach Christ.
It is the truth of Christ; the gospel of Christ; and the word of Christ.
His word is seed.
The Holy Spirit is able to produce new life when the gospel of Christ
is implanted in the hearts and minds of those
who will receive Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord.
We cannot change the gospel of Christ;
neither can we water down its message.
Truth cannot be adapted to suit our lifestyle.
The gospel of Christ is the power of Christ.
The evidence of new life is love for Christ
and the desire to obey His word.
