Our love for Christ is known by our love for His word.

If we deny His word, we deny Christ.

When we love Christ then we will build our life upon His word;

we will fix our heart upon His ways;

we will set our mind on His kingdom;

and follow after His righteousness.

When love for Christ motivates our actions

then obedience to His word will be the greatest joy of our heart.

His word will guide us into truth;

lead us in the right way;

cause us to grow in our Christian life;

and it will make our love for the Lord Jesus to increase

so that He becomes even more precious to us.
