We are known by the words we speak.
"Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer every man."
We are known by the words we speak.
Words that are seasoned with salt are not hastily spoken.
Kind words heal relationships; joyful words encourage;
words filled with the love of Christ bring hope and lift others.
Our words should be truthful; kind; considerate; chosen wisely;
and carefully expressed so the Lord will be glorified through us.
If we speak words that are covetous; filled with anger;
unloving; unforgiving; and revengeful
then how will others know that Christ lives in us?
Graceful words will always express the character of Christ;
they will be filled with joy and thanksgiving;
and they will attract others to Jesus.
