The church is not a hierarchy;

it is a body in which the life of Christ dwells.

We are united together in Christ; we are one in Him.

Everyone is essential and needed in the body of Christ.

We are able to comfort one another;

to encourage one another;

to build one another up in Christ;

to strengthen one another.

It is by the word of God; by prayer; by fellowship;

and by caring for one another

that we are united together in our mutual faith.

There is no place for lording it over others.

We are all priests unto God; a people filled with His love.
