Worship in the Spirit; joy in Jesus Christ; His strength is our sufficiency

Philippians 3:3
"For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh."
Religious ritual has no power to save.
True circumcision is in the heart;
it is the freedom of new life.
In Christ we are a new creation.
We are only able to worship Him with the love He has given us.
Our daily life is the place of His worship;
our body is the temple of the living God;
our heart and mind is the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit.
We worship in Spirit when the love of Christ is our motivation;
when our joy is in the Lord and all He has done for us;
and His strength alone is our sufficiency.
