1 Corinthians 13:3

"And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not love, it profits me nothing."

— 1 Corinthians 13:3

A higher calling than giving to the poor or serving a cause.

When Christ reigns in our heart then His love will be in control of our life.

It is the love of Christ that brings an eternal reward.

When His love motivates our actions

then generosity and sacrificial love will be evident in our life.

A generous heart loves to give,

and a loving heart joyfully lays down its life for those it loves.

We have a higher calling than giving to the poor or serving a cause;

we are sons and daughters of the living God

and it is His love that must be seen in us.
