"And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil."
It is the heart that condemns.
It is the heart that keeps a person from Christ.
The love of sin; the lusts of the world;
and the enthronement of self
can never be removed from the heart.
Jesus came so we can have a new heart.
A heart that does not condemn us;
that follows after righteousness;
that loves everything God loves;
that rejoices in His will;
that loves others with the love He has given us;
that delights in the scriptures;
a heart that seeks to shine as a light in the world
so others can come to know Jesus.
