John 15:4

"Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can you, except you abide in Me."

— John 15:4

Life brings responsibility.

The life of Christ dwells in us;

it is our responsibility to abide in Him.

We must put on Christ so His word can guide our actions

and His Spirit can lead us in righteousness.

It is by our fruit that we are known.

The fruit of the Spirit is produced in us as we walk in new life.

If we act like the world and call ourselves Christians

then Christianity is our theology, not our life.

If we produce the fruit of the Spirit

then Christ is seen to be our life.
