John 14:17
"Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees Him not, neither knows Him: but you know Him; for He dwells with you, and shall be in you."
The Holy Spirit must be known by experience.
He is given to us as the guarantee of our full inheritance in Christ.
His presence separates us from the world.
We cannot be the same as the world when the Holy Spirit dwells in us.
He keeps us from sin; guides us in truth; leads us in righteousness;
opens our heart and mind to the scriptures;
brings His word to our mind at the time of need.
He is our Helper; our Friend; our daily Companion.
We need never fear because He is with us.
