Ephesians 4:23 ‘And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;’

There is a gravitational pull of the world

that brings us down to accept its standards.

Self is central to it.

Our mind must be renewed continuously

so Christ and His word are central in our heart and mind.

It means to walk in His love;

to trust in His word;

and to rest in His care.
