The message of the cross.
1 Corinthians 2:4 ‘And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom,’
Persuasive words of human wisdom do not save.
It is the preaching of the cross that brings salvation.
Jesus the Son of God took our sin;
we are made righteous in Him.
It is by His blood we are cleansed;
by His Spirit we have new life.
