Propitiation; forgiveness; and reconciliation.
Romans 3:25 ‘Whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood,’
In Christ there is forgiveness because
His sacrifice satisfied the righteous demands of the holiness of God.
In Christ there is reconciliation with God because
His death and resurrection changed our sinful condition into the righteousness of God.
