The command is royal; the warning is urgent; the message is clear.
Titus 1:3 ‘But has in due times made known His word through preaching, which is committed to me according to the commandment of God our Saviour;’
Preaching is the proclamation of a message.
It is not a message of condemnation;
it is the good news of new life in Jesus.
The world is already condemned;
only time separates sin from judgment.
Salvation must be received.
If we trust in Jesus then we pass through judgment into new life;
if we reject His gift then we will face the judgment alone.
This is the message of the gospel.
