"Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."
His love exceeds all other because of who He is;
the eternal Son of God gave Himself for us.
His sacrifice exceeds all other because of what He has done;
He laid down His life for us so that His life can be in us.
His relationship with us is greater than any other known to mankind
because He is the Mighty God
and He became like us so we can be His people.
There is no greater love than the love of Christ for us.
There is no greater sacrifice
than the Son of God becoming sin and dying for us.
There is no greater friend than Jesus.
