In Christ we are lifted to a higher realm.

We are not like the world.

We are called for His purpose; we trust in His word; we are His people.

His life dwells in us; His power works through us; His will works for us.

It is with thankfulness for all that Jesus Christ has done for us

that we are kept from murmuring.

It is with the joy of knowing who we are in Christ

that we are kept from disputing.

When we do all things as unto the Lord and for His glory

then there is nothing that can defeat us;

nothing that can overcome us;

and nothing that can take away the joy only Jesus gives.
