Faith unites us with the provision of God.
"For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes."
It is impossible to be justified by the law.
Faith unites us with the provision of God in Jesus Christ.
In Christ we are a new creation; justified by faith in His work alone.
He took the wrath of God towards sin on our behalf;
He became sin for us; He died for us; He was buried for us;
and He rose again for us so that we can have new life;
It is only by His life dwelling in us that we are able to live the Christian life.
Faith does not restore the old;
Jesus came to make us completely new.
If we seek to make ourselves righteous, we will die in our sin.
The old is gone; we are righteous because Christ is our life.
