We do not walk in darkness because Christ lives in us.

John 8:12
"Then spoke Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life."
When Christ is our life then truth is our experience.
We do not walk in darkness because Christ lives in us; we walk in truth.
We do not fear because the Holy Spirit leads us
and the word of God guides us.
The deceitfulness of sin causes people to grovel in the dark
but the beauty of Jesus will shine in the lives of His people.
The kingdom of darkness has no hold over us
because we know who we are in Christ.
The great I AM dwells in the hearts and lives of His people.
