The word of Christ.
Colossians 3:16 ‘Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.’
The desire to know and understand scripture
is a natural part of the Christian life.
It is meat and drink to all who have received new life in Christ.
As we grow in Christ then scripture becomes more precious;
more exciting; and even more wonderful
because the life of Christ dwells in us.
When scripture fills our heart;
and our love for Christ is expressed through praise and thanksgiving
then we are able to teach and encourage others.
