His gift must be received
Matthew 1:23 ‘Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bear a Son, and they shall call his name Immanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.’
The eternal Son of God Himself had to become like us
so that we could be reconciled to Him.
His gift is priceless;
but it must be received.
His love towards us is beyond measure;
but it demands a response.
In Him are unsearchable riches;
but we must put our trust in His salvation.
