The evidence of the Christian life is the power of God.
1 Corinthians 2:5 ‘That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.’
The gospel of Christ is more than right doctrine;
it is the power of God.
When Christ dwells in our heart
then the power of God will be seen in our life.
Right doctrine will lead us to Christ;
but only the power of God can produce the life of Christ in us.
The evidence of the Christian life is the power of God.
It is the power to be holy;
power that overcomes anger;
power that removes envy;
power to love others as Christ loved us;
power to forgive;
and the power to live as children of the living God.
