Seeking His kingdom and righteousness.
Matthew 6:33 ‘But seek first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.’
Our faith in Christ is known by the desire for His kingdom and righteousness.
When we seek first the kingdom of God then His word will be in our mind;
His love will be in our heart; and His Spirit will lead us in truth.
Our love for Christ is known by the extent we seek His righteousness.
If we have no desire for righteousness
then the love of Christ is not in our heart.
When we seek His righteousness then we will walk in His ways;
trust in His promises; and rest in His provision.
His kingdom and righteousness will fill us with love; joy; and peace.
