Ambassador in chains.
Ephesians 6:20 ‘For which I am an ambassador in chains: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.’
In prison Paul calls himself ‘an ambassador in chains’.
He had a purpose to fulfil.
Prison opened important doors of opportunity for Paul to represent Christ.
He did not pray for freedom; he asked for prayer to speak boldly.
