Our response to His love must be to give Him our all.
James 4:5 'Do you think that the scripture says in vain, The Spirit that dwells in us lusts to envy?'
The Lord is a jealous God.
His great love towards us cannot be received half-heartedly.
He gave Himself for us so that He can also give Himself to us.
We are one with Christ; His Spirit dwells within us.
If we love the Lord then we will keep ourselves pure.
Union with Christ means separation from the mind-set of the world.
In Christ we are lifted to heights of glory.
We are His people; chosen in Him;
loved with an everlasting love; bought at great cost.
There is nothing He will not do for us.
